How to Return an Item

Request a Return

Email us at info@elaviora.com with your order number. Our team will provide detailed return instructions.

Prepare Your Item

Ensure that items are:

  • Unused, unworn and unwashed
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Complete with all original tags attached

Ship Your Item

Pack securely and send via a reliable courier. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Processing Time

If your refund is approved, it will be processed after 7 days of approval

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@elaviora.com. Cancellation requests can only be processed before the order has been shipped. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If your order arrives in the wrong condition or contains the wrong item, please reach out immediately at info@elaviora.com. Include the following information to help us resolve your issue:

Once we verify the issue, we will offer:

  • Replacement item sent to you at no extra cost
  • Or a full refund issued to your original payment method

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@elaviora.com within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn and unwashed
  • Returned in their original packaging
  • Complete with all original tags attached

Once your request is received, our team will guide you through the exchange process.

Note

The original item must be returned first, and once it is received, we will ship your replacement item.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Please note: Gift cards cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
