Order Progress Overview

    During processing, your items are carefully checked, packed securely, and readied for shipment. This usually takes 1–2 days (Monday to Friday).
  • Step 3: Dispatch & Tracking: You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.
    The tracking link lets you follow your parcel’s journey in real-time, from the moment it leaves our facility to when it reaches your door.
  • Step 4: Transit: Your order moves through the courier network and arrives within 4–6 days (Monday to Friday).
    Transit times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier operations. Use your tracking link to stay updated.

Typically, your order will arrive within 5–8 business days from the date of purchase. This includes processing and transit.

Order Cancellations
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@elaviora.com. Cancellation requests can only be processed before the order has been shipped. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
